Hope you all had a wonderful weekend & are ready for the home stretch to the holiday card series!<\/p>\n

For today’s card I used a beautiful gold foil embossed bird pattern as my background and quality card stock for the banner to create my sentiment. The sentiment was heat embossed using gold embossing powder and reads “Wishing you were near so I’m sending Holiday Cheer.” To accent the banner and give it some extra ‘pop’ of color I added a gold metallic band to the top and bottom of the purple piece. I must say, this card has some major SHINE factor in person (I tried my best to interpret that in the photo). This one will definitely be a design I send out in the mail this year!<\/p>\n
